How the product works

ThermaCare air-activated heat wraps contain heat generating and heat controlling ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that heat up when exposed to oxygen in the air. When you open the ThermaCare pouch, the wrap will begin to warm immediately and will reach its therapeutic temperature within approximately 30 minutes. When worn for 8 hours, the low-level, consistent heat of ThermaCare can provide up to 16 hours of pain relief.

When to Use

Portable, easy-to-wear ThermaCare heat wraps can provide therapeutic heat in a practical format when needed, e.g. when you're on the move, doing chores, or just relaxing, ThermaCare can be used at least 8 hours a day, 7 days in a row. Begin treatment with ThermaCare at the first signs of muscle pain. Early heat therapy can keep the pain from interfering with your life.

How to Use

DO NOT OPEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
DIRECTIONS ALWAYS READ THE COMPLETE SAFETY AND USAGE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACK PRIOR TO USE:

1. Tear open the pouch when ready to use. It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach its therapeutic temperature.
   
   
2. Peel off paper to reveal one of the adhesive tabs.
   
   
3. Place on pain area with darker discs toward skin and press adhesive tab firmly onto your skin.
   
   
4. Peel off paper from the other tab and press firmly.
   
   
5. For best results, wear for a minimum of 3hours.
   
   
6. Dispose of used patch, whether warm or cold, in regular household waste.
